1. Unpack OSTI-KLENZ™ spout and bottle.

2. Screw OSTI-KLENZ™ to bottle filled with clean water.

3. While sitting on a commode, hold pouch facing you and open drainable end by removing clamp or opening the Velcro closure. Insert OSTI-KLENZ™ spout with open end face down 3 inches into pouch (just past the neck).


4. Hold pouch facing you and squeeze bottle until contents are emptied into pouch.

5. Remove OSTI-KLENZ™ from pouch by turning it 180 degrees with end facing upward. Remove completely from pouch.

6.Fold up base of pouch 3 or 4 times or apply clamp to seal water and waste into pouch. With both hands gently move waste and fluid around in pouch.

7. With one hand on the upper part of pouch and the other on the lower opening, simultaneously press down quickly with the hand on the upper part of the pouch and the other hand on the lower opening. Release, and flush will flow out of the bag with pressure, thus cleaning the pouch thoroughly. If necessary, repeat process immediately with second bottle.

8. When pouch is empty, use a dry tissue to blot end and fold pouch into original position. Then apply clamp or attach Velcro.

9. Wash OSTI-KLENZ™ bottle and spout thoroughly. Refill bottle and screw on OSTI-KLENZ™ spout. You are ready for the next cleansing.

10. Use detergent and water regularly to clean OSTI-KLENZ.
